Step 1: Individual prepares documents as stipulated by the law.
Step 2: Individual directly submits his/her documents at the Receipt and Return Division for administrative procedures under the one-door mechanism belonging to Vinh Phuc Department of Transportation (No. 9 - Me Linh street - Lien Bao precinct – Vinh Yen city – Vinh Phuc province);
Working time: all working days in a week and Saturday (excluding holidays and day-off).
Step 3: Civil servants receive and check the documents:
If all legal documents are submitted, civil servants will take a photo, make a confirmation for result return and give it to the submitting person, collect fees and charges as stipulated;
If the documents are lack and insufficient, civil servants will guide to complete the document.
Step 4: Civil servants move the document to the related persons and return the results as mentioned in confirmation for result return.
Step 5: Individuals received the result at the Receipt and Return Division for administrative procedures under the one-door mechanism under management of Vinh Phuc Department of Transportation.
When the driver comes to receive the driving license, he/she must submit his/her valid passport and foreign driving license for reference.
