Water drainage, drainage system, rain water drainage sewer and drainage system in and outside the planning area. Water drainage system includes drainage ditches of D600 to DI200; To renovate the system of ditches, drainage sewers of the area going through the planned land with open ditch systems.

3.4. Traffic network planning:

- Road network:

+ The section 2-2 (Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway): B = 33.0m = 0.75m + 15.0m + l, 5m + 15.0m + 0.75m);

+ Section 3-3, 3A-3A, 3B-3B (Provincial road 305C): B = 31.0m = 4.0m + 10.5m + 2.0m + 10.5m + 4.0m;
